We keep our cancellation rules simple and fair so guests know exactly what to expect.

Standard Cancellation

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of check-in, a one-night charge applies.

  • No-shows are charged 100% of the first night.

Peak Season / Special Dates

During high-demand periods (festivals, holidays, local events), free cancellation may not apply.
Any changes will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund speed depends on your bank or payment provider.

Modification Requests

Changing dates is allowed based on room availability.
Rate differences may apply if the new dates fall under a different price category.

Third-Party Bookings

If you booked through an external site (like Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.), their cancellation rules apply.
In that case, you must cancel or modify through the same platform.

Early Checkout

If you decide to leave earlier than planned, charges apply for all used nights plus one additional night unless otherwise agreed at check-in.
